Terms of Service

These terms outline the general basis on which Avaron Digital provides website design and related services. Each project is also covered by a written proposal or agreement. This is a general template — have it reviewed for your specific situation.

Quotes & payment

Project prices are as agreed in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, 50% is due before work begins and the remaining 50% is due at launch. Every website includes a monthly maintenance plan (hosting, security, backups, updates and edit time), billed monthly starting at launch. Plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice, after which we’ll provide your site files.

Revisions

We’ll refine your design together during the build until you’re happy with it. Major changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website design, content and domain. We may display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Client responsibilities

You’re responsible for providing accurate content and confirming you have the rights to any text, images or logos you supply.

Limitation of liability

We take great care with every project, but we’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business interruption arising from the use of the website.
